| At 11 weeks, poor baby woke up with a goopy eye. I thought it was pink eye and went ahead and took her to the doctor to get it checked out. |

| They said it could either be pink eye or a clogged tear duct and sent us home with some drops to use. If the goop came back after using the drops for 5 days, then we would know it was a clogged tear duct. Sure enough, that's what happened! We were told that it usually corrects itself by the time babies are 9 months, and if not then she will have to have a procedure. How many more "procedures" can she have?! |
